- Flexibility with traveling to different locations to perform varying jobs under changing weather conditions
-Manual labor experience
- Experienced certified CDL class A driver
- Ability to drive to multiple locations hauling loads
- Flexibility with working hours
- Experienced plow drivers and operators
- Ability to work long hours and commute to multiple long-distance sites if needed
- Asphalt and concrete work
- Ability to work for long hours outside with the varying elements
- Ability to work with and handle heavy machinery
- Landscape construction experience
